To those who registered before 15 May

  • *Those who have already registered and paid their registration fee before 15 May will receive a refund.
    Additional money transfer fees will be covered by the Organising Committee.

  • *Those who wish to cancel their presentation and participation may receive the refund, but administration charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
    Cancellation should be notified in writing to the secretariat (with Registration ID)

Please note that Registration Mypage is not made unless you complete the credit card payment. After completing it, you will have your own Registrartion Mypage.
