The 2020 Yokohama Sport Conference invites submissions of symposia proposals to be organized during the conference from 8 to 12 September 2020, held at Pacifico Yokohama North.
Those organizations who wish to organize their own symposia during the conference should submit their proposal(s) by following the instruction below. Eligible proposals will be included in the Conference programme published on the website and official programme book.
- Theme should be related to one of the topics or disciplines.
- The 2020 Yokohama Sport Conference Organizing Committee does not cover any expenses incurred for travel, accommodation and registration. The conference only provides the symposia organizer with a venue (Theatre style) and basic equipment; i.e. projector, screen and microphones. Please restore the venue to its original condition by the end of symposium if you change the layout of the venue.
- The official language is English.
- General Symposia will be 90 minutes at the same time slot of Thematic Symposia, each room will be allotted by the 2020 Yokohama Sport Conference Organizing Committee.
- Multiple submissions are accepted.
- Please complete the format and send the Secretariat at abs@yokohama2020.jp.
